9 May 2020: IFPTOHE 1st year anniversary - let’s celebrate

• IFPTOHE has 23 member organisations

• An additional 3 countries have expressed interest in joining the IFPTOHE

• The IFPTOHE website was launched in March 2020

• IFPTOHE Vision and mission statements have been written and will be published in two weeks

• Interaction within the IFPTOHE community is building with regular activity on social media and engagement with individuals from non-member organisations

• Best practice, knowledge and education topics are shared on LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter @wcptOHE

• IFPTOHE committee have held bi-monthly meetings to discuss the ongoing development of IFPTOHE and role within WCPT

• IFPTOHE committee roles have been established including; President, Vice President, Secretary, PR, Education, Research and Treasurer

• Three newsletters have been written and circulated to Member Organisations updating them on the progress and work of the IFPTOHE committee and wider membership

• IFPTOHE are currently working with the WCPT on the global challenges faced by Covid-19.

Our role is to advise on health and work within the Physiotherapy community, patients, workforce and employers.
